In this episode, we will continue the conversation about Cannabis Legalization in Canada, with a look at the legalization of cannabis edibles, which became legal October 17, 2019. I will be talking with Jill Ellsworth, founder and CEO of Willow Industries, Inc., a company which provides post-harvest microbial decontamination of cannabis in Denver, Colorado. Jill serves on the Cannabis Health and Safety Advisory Committee for the City of Denver and is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) with a Master of Science in Nutrition, Dietetics, and Food Science. She is a vocal advocate for the cannabis industry’s adoption of FDA-like standards and proactive promotion of safety measures.
